The largest of HSM's high security shredders, the HSM Classic 411.2 L6 High Security Document Shredder is designed for use as a departmental shredder with multiple users, as it is often more effective for large institutions and departments to have one central machine as opposed to several individual ones.

The Classic 411.2 L6 is easy to use, with its auto start/stop function. The Anti-Jam technology will stop the machine from operating in the event of a paper jam, and reverse the stuck paper. An automatic stop is also triggered by an open cabinet door or a full shred bag.

The Classic 411.2 L6 has a standby mode that doesn't consume energy. The heavy duty motor is rated for continuous run, allowing for shredding at any time. A 16" entry feed accepts up to 9 sheets at once, quickly shredding them as fast as 30 feet/minute, or 21 reams/hour. The solid steel cross cutting mechanism converts whole pages into tiny bits only 1 mm by 5 mm in size, approximately 15,000 pieces per sheet, impossible to reassemble. This results in the highest available level 6 security rating.

The Classic 411.2 L6 shredder is TAA compliant and is a Canada government approved paper shredder, meeting DOD and NSA/CSS 02-01 and 04-02 security requirements. Your top secret data is safe with this paper shredder.
